From application to receiving BigPay physical card took me 1 week when it was first launched.

Can try using VS/QM to top up BigPay but I think the chance is bleak since the MCC is 6012 (financial services), unless somehow it's treated as "Online"

I am taking about the promotion Cash Back for U.

From the first page, I know that it's considered online for PVS & Quantam Mastercard.

Cause insurance premiums are not included in this campaign but it's considered online for PVS cashback.

in what sense maxis(pay) is considered utility?

we are not advance country until mobile or internet is deemed utility supply

no issue for maxispay for pbb's cb promos.

Yes, once posted can call and ask if it is under “online”.

Tested this on Feb, and BigPayMe is not categorize as "online".

- I have spent more than RM700 on BigPayMe and get none cashback
- The cashback RM1.26 is from other transaction

problem is PBB dont recognize the payment mode as "online".

So i guess it's safe to use only the CC with general cash rebate for all retails.

Someone used Alliance credit card and successfully received rebate.
I am testing using Maybank FCB VS. I will know the outcome on 2/4. I did receive OTP.
I was curious if someone here had tested using PBB VS / QM.

I've asked UOB's CS before (after tested with UOB card) and the MCC is 6012.

If MBB FCB 2% rebate on BigPay, then I can use it to pay insurance premium >RM2500 (2% ROI)
Or, HLB Wise 0% for RM1000 on BigPay, then another RM1000 @ 10% (3 categories)

Using UOB Yolo? Got 8% rebate?

I have checked the PDS, PB never excludes MCC 6012 for cashback (VS/QM).
Even the online government transactions, we still get online rebate.
I received OTP from Maybank / PB for top up of BigPay.

I just received the BigPay card during lunch time (I applied on 20/3).
I need to activate the card before I could proceed to 2nd top up.
(I used Maybank FCB VS for first top up, it was debited on the same day so BigPay is using Maybank platform)
If I top up today using PB VS and it should be posted on 23/3. Then I will know the outcome on 24/3 (rebate on 23rd).
