I have Thursday transactions for Week 2 which not valid. When I call CS they confirm that Week 2 cutoff was Wednesday.

And my Week 3 transactions which didn't get cashback was because my supp paid directly to MPSJ rather than going through shopee. Sigh.
You using dupe? No issue using shopee for long time di, both for myself and subs.

no dupe. never had an issue all this while until this month when i tried to pay. anyway to resolve this? can customer service resolve this?

how do i make partial payment ? if i don't wish to make premium amount.

So far even Wednesday night seems not safe already. Safest Tuesday or earlier.

Tested this on Feb, and BigPayMe is not categorize as "online".

So I did receive ONLINE REBATE for SILICONNET TECH-EC (SarawakPay) and BIGPAY.
Total transactions amount for this statement month is RM640.00.
If BIGPAY is excluded for online rebate, I shall get cashback of RM37.85 only!

Reload BigPay to get online rebate (not guaranteed), then I use the BigPay Mastercard for retail transactions.
So I get 6% return (+ AirAsia reward points) for whatever transactions, not restricted to online, dining and groceries!

I got it but someone didn't get it in Feb.
So I must say it is not guaranteed at this moment, till everyone confirm getting online rebate.

FYI, I prefer using MBB FCB VS (RM2500) and HLB Wise (RM1000) for BigPay transactions.

This JUST happened to me too. I've been using only one Shopee account (for my whole household) and this particular card has been used loads before but suddenly got the same error saying linked to multiple accounts.

I deleted and re-added but error still there. Gave up and used another card just to get my weekly promo cashback as I had already swiped RM500 one time.

Has anyone got a working solution?

u can check with CS to see if the MCC code falls under eligible category

Do we have to spend exactly rm100x2 or rm500x2 for the cb4u campaign? Or is it the minimum amount per swipe?

they confirmed that I am eligible  for this TnG and they asked me to refer "vendor" which is ringgitplus for delivery..
