I am also having this issue, just speak to the CS and she adviced me to go to PBB bank and register the PAC ( very troublesome as they only operate during weekday )

I applied VS supp for my dad, the first statement was sent via snailmail. I called up CS and ask for statement , CS told me cannot update the email thru phone call, so they sent me a form and ask me to fill up for e statement sweat.gif
