Yes, it's a try and error.
There's another Watson near to AEON Taman Maluri which is also NOT entitled.
The one along PBB Taman Maluri.

I just received my supplement pb card. Need to spend rm300 on "retail transaction" to be eligible for the free Bluetooth speaker.

What confuses me is what counts as "retail transaction"? I just paid rm70 using visa paywave at a restaurant, does that count?

Retails transaction are any swipes regardless online or offline.
But read the TnC, there might be exclusion clause.

Thanks, I read the TnC, excluded are payments like postpaid bills.

What I'm confused on is whether Visa paywave payment counts or not?

Because my family member keep insisting that pay wave doesn't count and only transaction that require pin number input counts. I read through the tnc to prove him wrong but couldn't find any mention regarding pay wave.

PayWave should be considered as eligible transaction.
TnC doesn't say so.
Pay and Wave using physical card uses the same card number as PIN input.
