My statement date is 2 April but I only received for one supp. Usually my statements all come on the same day.... I didn't even receive my principal statement! I already emailed CS but just wondering if anyone else encountered this.

My case still unresolved.. the txn was posted to my PBB QM. Shopee CS told me their payment channel agent ie Cybersource will refund to me within 7-14 working days.. (which is standard reply), but as I know Shopee refund took less than than 5 working days. I wonder whether they initiate the refund since I can’t even track the txn as no purchase history appear. Now I’m stuck, I dunno who should I refer to to get back my money. Whether I should file dispute with PBB.

For my case, BigPay top up does not qualify for PB CASH BACK 4, only qualify for the monthly CB using PBB VS.

It's on Monday and I have tried for few weeks, none of them qualify.

Anyone successful top up BigPay with PBB Quantum MC this morning? I had tried 2 times, proceed to key in OTP but after that BigPay shown failed transactions..
