They would not ask for proof as they can check from their system.

Edit: Only if your transaction date differ from your actual transaction date then you will need send in the screenshot of OTP sms as proof. I have done it and get back the missing cash back.

If the pool has depleted n even lets say PBB made mistake, how they going to refund you? Take the money from where? The last person who got the cash back got to return the money or additional funds inject in or deduct from the following week? Shouldn't the tnc should state final decision is at the bank discretion n no complains will be entertain. Otherwise how to convince public that their system is not perfect n could be many people also suspect them for manipulation. Just my thought only

Means pbb doesnt follow their own rules which in black n white. Is that a violation because public interest is affected...hmm.gif

Of course we dont know but a financial institution as big like that dont have own set of ethic to follow or subject to audit on their practises.

Not that serious till you mean it as questioning. But seriously, how do you expect if such a mistake can happen n probably lot of others didnt get their cash back even though they qualify but they dont know that there are people swipe later than him gets cash back. If this are left uncheck. It can be manipulate to some extent. Hopefully you understand what i mean n not this time become too serious. tongue.gif

I often read the term n condition of those contest. Normally it got a term that the final result will be final n bank wont entertain any protest or complains. I am a person who will follow rules strictly and play within the rules to make sure i can get what i want which are within my controls. I'm one of those who got full cash back from hong leong 30% a couple of years ago. Unless those contest winner which are randomly selected by the bank which is out of my control except swipe as much as i can to send in more entries.

All this discussion is based on assumption that the bank made a mistake but has there been any actual case or the CB is granted due to goodwill. If there is no actual case, no point to discuss further.
