Another 1 thing wanna ask, do they see your bank account to judge either approev your card? PBB not my main bank, i leave minimal balance, wonder should i transfer some of my fund to make it looks better haha

Hi guys. I got a question here. So i applied for the quantum card through ringgitplus. After more than 2,3 weeks no news, I called public bank hotline to check my application status. It was rejected. I would like to reapply again, and this time maybe through the public bank website instead. Do you know how long the cooling period before I can reapply again?
My payment with another card (Maybank) is cun. No issues with that. SO I'm not sure why my application for this card rejected.
