I think should be worth trial, since you will still get 6% rebate for online transactions. I also plan to do the same tongue.gif

As forumer explained, u need to public bank to get misload transaction approval code and then sent it back to BigPay customer service thru email or phone. they need ur credit card last four digit number, time exactly u performed the top up. they will manually load it back to your card. For my case I continuously follow-up with them then only get it top up after 48hours.

Is arguable, cause for my case, i made the complaint to Customer Service, and later they give back the Cashback to me. If you want their system auto entitle FAVEPAY for cashback then you need to entering the card details every time as other forumers have reported here.

I understand Watson should not be entitled. I just want to contribute that KLLC Watson confirmed is not entitled so that you guys no need to try your luck again in order hope it is same case as Sunway Velocity Watson and Tmn Maluri AEON Watson.
