If I choose monthly auto debit for my life insurance, is this consider online transaction and entitle for 5% cash bank?

I purchased rm3000 item using credit card , can I make it 36 months flexi by calling bank after 3days ? Charge me extra 7% one time only correct?

I reload Big Pay using quantum master, OTP successfully received, keyed in, it say" something went wrong".

same. hit this error 1 time. trx captured successfully by bank (no error recorded by pbb, so error lies at bigpay instead).

just filed a complaint to bigpay via app. later will call as well.

happened to me previously and asked me to try again.

later i found out the transaction actually went thru and i ended up paying 9x60 instead of 8x60. the transaction history was updated late.

i suggest you wait for a few hours to see if the transaction actually went through.

Happened to me few times already, and that failed transaction only went through after few days for me, so I would suggest u do it straight up to 8 times today that is successful immediately.

escalate to CS.

mine recorded 7x in their system, so they need to escalate to their finance to investigate transaction record from bank side (theirs) which should have recorded 8x. then they would know 1x is missing.

expecting the adjustment by tomorrow.
