The times when I didn’t get the CB, it is due to the merchant code issue and never before due to the bank mistake. And the bank still honour the CB due to goodwill. Nobody expect you to monitor and count the CB manually.

All this discussion is based on assumption that the bank made a mistake but has there been any actual case or the CB is granted due to goodwill. If there is no actual case, no point to discuss further.

From the first place how you know you had missed a qualified cash back?

If i am interested, i would call and check. If they say i missed the cut off, then so be it. Qualified doesn’t mean guaranteed to get the cb

Fair. Because you take initiative to call n ask. Many people are not aware as they may have thought they couldn't get it. Not many will call n ask.

In this case (partial month), how much is the max of entitled CB? pro-rated or in full?

Automatic Fund Transfer mean I will set a date to transfer the money from Public Bank current/saving account to pay my credit card bill, not auto debit to pay life insurance right?

Does anyone know whether the tnc "must spend accumulative RM 88 RETAIL transaction" include paying car insurance online?

better dont take up this, signing AFT you need to pay RM10 duty stamp and after this if your purchase from shopee reverse by those unethical seller and make your RM88 voucher unusable and in the end you pay RM10 for that AFT.
