Any other way to pay for TNB bills so that it's entitled for cashback using VS card? I understand that paying via UOB Payonline is not entitled to cashback.

This JUST happened to me too. I've been using only one Shopee account (for my whole household) and this particular card has been used loads before but suddenly got the same error saying linked to multiple accounts.
I deleted and re-added but error still there. Gave up and used another card just to get my weekly promo cashback as I had already swiped RM500 one time.
Has anyone got a working solution?
