I reload Big Pay using quantum master, OTP successfully received, keyed in, it say" something went wrong".

I called in to PBB CS, apparently when I take photo of the credit card, the Big Pay app recognised wrongly 1 digit on my expiry date, thats the reason of the failed transaction. After that, delete the card from Big Pay app, then add again. Proceed 8XRM60 with no issue. Need to wait them to investigate. |
