just done my 8th swipe with bigpay... but during my 7th swipe.. i received call from pb to confirm is it im making multiple Rm60 transaction to bigpay... wonder is it too many bigpay transaction in the morning with Rm60 flag their system sad.gif

I faced the same problem, did you key in OTP? Mine straight showing "something went wrong" after keying in topup amount and CVV/CVC. Hopefully it is not captured by PBB as successful txn.

yep, reported earlier.

if otp not entered, should be safe. bank would reject.

u can check PBe for authorised transaction.

i think they implement a total limit of swipe on BP now... hopefully i'm wrong... anyway i'm using VS, QMC and QV and swipe one time VS, one time QMC, one time QV and repeat twice and lastly one time VS and one time QMC and waiting for every minute to elapse before going for next transaction. everything smooth this morning.

since i already enter the OTP but the apps just keep loading and close it automatically ...should i top up one more RM60 or just wait big pay confirm/update my top up record hmm.gif hmm.gif

i had once last week, same symptom. i did another one after that.
after 2-3 days, bigpay app suddenly prompt me the trx, fund added.

end up i have 9x trx that week lol.

pbb track pbb's own records.

ur failed trx, call cs to find out if there's any error. if no error, technically it's a valid transaction (from pbb's). if got error, it might be canceled/reversed, so wont be counted.

my case, i'd just leave it as is until tmorrow. if tomorrow the rm60 not added into bigpay, then i might reload again.
