No solution for sharp TV, i have es but only can read around 30-40 minute only, after that app restart.
I just buy Nvidia Shield... hope update not disturb any USB / external storage access.

So... have you update your Nvidia Shield to latest software and experiencing the same problem like my sharpTV..?

2 device hp n nstv but i logout on phone everytime. I source frm few place, backup apk frm hp, sideload frm chrome,sideload frm apkpure,frm somebody blog, almost all source i try and few version too.

So now megahertz facing same problem?

If i install frm playstore official installation say my device not compatible with playtv.

Dangg.my main purpose is to watch hypptv on nstv.just recenly terminate astro.the game just to fillup boring time coz i hv ps4 for that.ouch.

i mean you can open and leave it there like you stuck chrome-cast to your TV..?

yup, i facing same issue. previously i able to watch it ( version 7.8.14 phone version)

then uninstall, reinstall latest version both phone n tablet version 7.18.19
having same issue as urs
tablet ver - show unifi logo and keep loading
phone ver - after click login( filled user n pass), keep loading

reinstall back old version 7.8.14, same issue.

reinstall on phone and login successfully.

not sure why
now i also cant watch. hahaha

should be, got cooler fan inside ( only running when hot) and its design always ON.
mine never turn off 24/7. only put it in sleep mode whenever not in used.
but i always connect it to power surge protector extension ( all TV, router that connect) to avoid lightning strike

What i know:
1- playtv@unifi only for 2 device
2-only valid in malaysia.
3-for ANY android device

All 3 comply. So is nstv restric the apps? Or any setting require?

My query is apply to NSTV, there is maybe a room for unifi/playtv alone.

is UNIFI set top box using separate line or speed connection ?
i mean if i'm install unifi APK to Nvidia and using from Nvidia will it affect and take some of my UNIFI speed limit ..?

should i just watch UNIFI Hyptv to in origin UNIFI set top box..?

unifi tv STB uses special allocation.
so, yes, better use STB. it also gives better video quality.

the app is popular becos it can be used on other devices, run on wifi.
but lower video quality, consumes speed like other apps.

u may want to try astrogo 8.2.4.

if it shows same kind of problem as unifi playtv, it says something.

Use your STB to watch UnifiTV. Pros..
*Significantly better PQ than the apk will ever give.. regardles of device and internet speed it's run on.
*UnifiTV has a dedicated minimum 20Mbps connection. This is on top of your subscribed package and as such doesn't bite into your package speeds at all.
*Easier remote control, EPG, Program reminder, VOD, etc.

So yes, I'd say it's worth it to use it for UnifiTV purposes. Unless you sub to some other premium and much better IPTV service for your Shield.

1. wat do u mean by 'app restart'? the app restart itself? Remove the 'es file explorer' and try other app such as 'X-plore' or 'FX explorer' google play store on ur TV..

2. My NSTV is on latest update which is android oreo and so far no storage issue but currently the device do have few problem on color space and the auto frame rate switch is on app level not on platform level.

I can login into but when try to play any movie it say your browser not support,please us playtv. I try few diff browser, chrome,ie...

I bought nstv via shopee come from US version,seller tell me it come from US. Yes it 2 pin US plug.

Is there any region lock with nstv?

1. if can login via chrome thats mean no issue with network..
yes, u can't play thru chrome android maybe coz playtv use flash player which android no longer support..

2. same with mine with US plug from amazon us..
there is no region lock for shield us/uk/au except for China market which is different firmware..

wat i meant is mayb in terms of apps or settings u and megahertz have in common..

btw, there shud be logs under hypptv folder..do check it out..

currently there is no official unifitv app for android tv, so had to use the tablet version..
yes, u need to use mouse to navigate..
if u dont have mouse or air mouse remote then u can use official Shield TV app on ur mobile and use the virtual mouse support to navigate..
