oh..i doesn't know that...I bought a 3yr warranty..left 600days for mine..still wondering whether to extend the warranty?

might get lucky if I extend it & they run out of parts 1 day, then i will get a new XPS or a refund tongue.gif

Go main Dell site --> Site Map --> Support if I'm not mistaken... icon_rolleyes.gif

Sorry for disappearing for so long, been busy with my Sony A200 DSLR lately... My M1210 status report? After that mobo problem a few months ago (which they came, replaced the mobo AND the memory), she's running all smooth and dandy... thumbup.gif

So little problems: little to talk about... brows.gif

I tried, and no... It's not free... sweat.gif

Your second choice is to mail them, which saves a bit more money... Try emailing your SA... icon_rolleyes.gif

found that some of SA not so helpful as they are not incharge the warranty. may try warranty extended request via website
