I tried, and no... It's not free... sweat.gif

Your second choice is to mail them, which saves a bit more money... Try emailing your SA... icon_rolleyes.gif

found that some of SA not so helpful as they are not incharge the warranty. may try warranty extended request via website

hmm..the 1 year warranty easy to circumvent...just get ur battery replaced within than one year mah...does that reset the 1 year counter? hehe

yupe palmrest is due to use and sweat...i noticed mine a little discoloration after long hours af CSS so i use celotape cover palmrest part, cheap and keeps it look good =)

when replace battery within the warranty period, the warranty of battery continue. will not reset, lol

i can simply paired it with my phone but not with my XPS...wonder why?... hmm.gif
do i need a certain driver to paired with A2DP, AVRCP, Bluetooth Stereo Headset?...anyone can help?... unsure.gif

hoped there's anyone that can help me...thank you... smile.gif

usually the bluetooth also included and support A2DP profile. try to pair if you have other computer, if work on stereo. then you might need to update your xps 1210 bluetooth latest driver. good luck thumbup.gif
