I'm wondering if other banks also will do the same.
A directive from BNM?

purposely to discourage use of kiosks, reduces maintenance or deployment of kiosks, also part of bnm payment reform by doing transaction online.

not good for senior citizen but still manageable by their young ones nonetheless.

First no passbook for ASx, then this. Pity some of the lonely old folks or the technophobic.

Banks are cutting down the number of branches, ATMs, CDMs to save cost to survive in Fintech era.
By 2025, ATMs and CDMs shall become obsolete.
Even the physical credit cards will go virtual.

What free? If you're talking about IIBFT, yes.
I'm referring to cash deposit to pay off loan & CC using CDM starting December 1st, 2018.
CIMB is going to charge 50 cents per transaction.
I was wondering will other banks follow CIMB footstep later.

Not everybody is tech savvy like all of us here.
Have you consider older generation or less educated/privileged?

Careful bro. Normally I would ignore if it is just some internal app my company is running.
Different story if it is a public website for banking.
Try isolate how it happens e.g. only happen on particular device? only during at home?

There one time my router kena hack, dns IP point to strange place.
When access fb or google it will redirect to flash update but is fake one.
Address is correct but IP is different.
It is hard to detect because I use desktop/laptop and handphone/vpn etc so seem like very inconsistent.
Turns out is router security issue, can direct configure without login.

Is it common for credit card representative to call and ask if you want to increase credit limit?
It sounds legit because the representative have a lot of my detail e.g. name, address, CC no/credit limit.
The problem is at end of conversation she need to ask security question for verification purpose e.g. ic number, other personal detail..

Based on genuine bank practice yes
They will need to verify you before they can proceed
Just like you call in to customer service ,before they disclose anything they will perform verification , that's to confirm they talking to the right person

Btw ,cimb dint ask for documents?
Some bank do ,some dont
How long u been with cimb card?
How many % limit they increase to you?

Btw ,i try to link my cimb cc to clickz
Until now nothing come out , normally how long it would take?
