i have statement balance @ RM 2,589.16, due 16 May, then 18 May only i pay the balance.

on the same day bank charged me late charges RM 25
then end of the statement cycle bank charge me 'finance charge' RM56

late charges RM 25 is not interest ? anyone can show me how to calculate ?

Serves no purpose for me to have such high limit. Even I find RM 2k is high for a card which I never use before.

And other hour sms ask me to collect card

But card collection is just q so long
And the way they verify is ridiculous ,dint even verify thumbs by my ic but just ask me few security question ,and tell me mine limit which been show in the letter ,like worry thos ppl beside cant hear

I don't think it will be a big problem here as long as you key in the pin correctly.
