If my transaction on Bigpay was on 1st Nov, I will receive cashback on December 26th or November 26th?

After escalated to BNM, this morning received SMS for my report no. I will expect a quick resolution, hopefully.

My cancelled supp cards have finally been removed from my ECriss after I emailed a complaint to AMB (didn't CC BNM) though.

May I know what is the required timeframe for the Bank to update CCRIS according to BNM? Is it every month?

I'm not sure, but my "date balance updated" in CCRIS is always at the end of the month. For Maybank, my latest update was 30/09/2018 according to the report. I think the updates are quite frequent (e.g. max 2 months delay).

Where do u check if a cancelled card is removed from CCRIS?

Went to Maybank card centre to check for cancelled cards few months back, unfortunately was told they unable to check that.

Though I really hate AmBank now but I may be required to travel to HK with my sister in another two weeks time. I wanna enjoy the PPL access in HKIA but I only have one card which allows - HSBC VS, now I have to use my AmBank card to sign my sister in. Can I reload RM 500 into my BP and consider as a spending to waive the PPL fees? At least I can use this money in HK. Does anybody try reloading BP to make it as a spending?

If only Citi didn't retract HK access for its Citi PremierMiles then I don't need to trouble myself now. Oh well.

Sorry, I'm also new to this card. Not sure about that, but why don't you just top up in BigPay then transfer to boost? I normally do like that.

Since topping up to Boost is not considered as online transaction, I don't think it's entitled for True cashback.

Cost you money.... cancelled, didn't happened, at anniversary date renewed, charged SST.....called and cancelled again....still didn't happen.... payment date auto paid, called again to cancel.... says since payment made cannot reverse....says will call back to confirm....still not called....
