I have an old ambank card from yesteryear's.
every year i have to ring them up to get the AL fees waived?
watodo to make this go away? do i need to reapply for a new cc or can i just get it converted?

if your is use since from Mbf can now convert to ambank
then your would be under old card benefit , what you can do is re-apply a new ambank credit card and cancel the old 1
as new amb card was free for life (except bonuslink card)

To all sifu, i have an Ambank True Visa Credit card which gives 3% rebate on online transaction.

My statement date is every 12th day of the month, however, as this is my first ever statement, i still havent received any rebate from my lazada purchases last month?

Normally for other bank, i will get the rebate on the statement date (PBB) or 1 day later (CIMB)

i received my am bank VS and i call the bank to ask about the foreign currency markup. the person said the only fee is 1% admin fee only for all am bank card.
anyone can confirm if ambank wmc has better rate than vs? gonna travel next month and thinking of which card to charge all my spending.

I thought this was the easiest contest from Ambank so far. I spent so much on Caltex but end up in getting nothing. I will boycott Ambank's cash back campaigns and contests from now on.

I only got for campaign period 1 despite I have done many fill-ups during period 2 but I got nothing where I did my transactions early morning which I believe the daily cash back allocation reset at 00:00 but still nothing!?

I think you have to reregister for Campaign 2..I got both campaign cashback

yea i believe the allocation resets at midnight after reading the T&C few months ago. what time did u pump the fuel? i usually pump at 7am in the morning. and i manage to get both campaign 1 and 2 cashback

After 12AM, i believe the new quota just fresh reset if follow their T&C but not getting. Called to CS, they check with my particulars and telling standard answer - cashback is based on first come first served basis captured by the system. They can't really help much, they can just view from the system and name not qualified, that's all.

Last 2 weeks I terminate the Carz card, hope can the cc teams will call me offer something goodwill to me.

But end up did not receive any call until currently, seems like nothing to offer me..
Then no choice seriously terminate...

well, 'threatening' to cancel card when the actual intention is to get some benefit does come with risk though.

It wasn't bad considering ambank carz had no real benefit once B1F1 was discontinued. I still got some 50k points in it. The only reason I'm still holding is that free annual fees for my wife supp card. She's not swiping at all.
