Anybody using the ambank online website? I don't have any other ambank account except the WMC. Before the website new changes I can at least still see balance. Now I cannot see anything about my credit card.

Your Carz card is Visa or MasterCard?
The cash rebate is quite low around 2% compare with UOB card (which applicable for weekends only)
But for weekdays, Carz is winner compare UOB cc.

You pay partially or full payment for your cc?

Oh, if purposely still have left few outstanding bal inside, then the cash back is more than you pay full amount?
Kinda confuse..

Normally I pay full amount after deduct 2% rebate.

they told me i can get 5% cash back...but actually u must have outstanding bill...

That's true. 2% vs 3% cash rebate no much difference.
I guess must be upgrade to platinum, otherwise this card really pieces of useless card.

What is FMF stated in AmBank TnC? How to calculate?

Hi, anyone here using Ambank True Visa Card? So far I've only used the card for online transactions (foodpanda, Grab, Uber) which are supposed to be entitled to 3% cash rebate. I was informed by CS that cash rebate will be credited on 21st of every month. Today is 23rd of the month I just checked at AmOnline, there was no cash rebate reflected in the account so I called CS and was informed that cash rebate will only be shown in the next statement and the cash rebate won't be reflected on AmOnline. Is that true?

I got the True card on 23 Feb 2018 and my statement date is 19th March. That's why I find it strange when CS said cash rebate won't be reflected on AmOnline.

I have 3 cards with ambank.. carz, al-something.. arr the credit limit combined or seperate..

To all sifu, i have an Ambank True Visa Credit card which gives 3% rebate on online transaction.

My statement date is every 12th day of the month, however, as this is my first ever statement, i still havent received any rebate from my lazada purchases last month?

Normally for other bank, i will get the rebate on the statement date (PBB) or 1 day later (CIMB)

I've been doing partial payments for 2 months consecutively, still see no rebate amount in my statement..
