I got my application approved recently, about two weeks ago and nobody called me for verification. I was worried initially as I will be travelling to overseas that time but the agent who filled in my application told me nobody will call me. He's right.

Been some time since I last used their app, I last held their card back more than 6 months ago.

Is it normal that the app will crash during daily app maintenance? I experienced it last night, before that I still can use the app but past 12 a.m., then it crashes every single time when I tap on the app. If that's the case, quite misleading right? I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app but didn't help. This morning tried again and all OK now.

received cashback for october spending

So I was trying to make a purchase over Steam today and payment kept declining twice. Spoke to CS and was told Steam is now on the "hotlist" due to suspicious transaction.

The last STEAM purchase I made was on 22nd November. I assume the Black Friday sale is seeing a high number of transactions.

to confirm...for cashback any transactions will do including bigpay, boost or touch n go wallet?

RM 225 cashback is for only 1 card from each category (Islamic or conventional), isn't? So if we have many cards under Islamic for example we only get RM 225? to get another RM 200, we need another card from another category like conventional?

can't get it, just forget about it and pay with your cb

Means so far do not have any1 in lowyat get it like other bank.
wonder why ambank so strict in giving this sst rebate as compare to pbb.
