Anyone manage to get SST rebate for Ambank TrueVisa? I read the thread seems like no one. but just curious.

as for me.

23/8 - apply online
26/8 - CS call for verification and documents
30/8 - approved in eCCris
31/8 - receive email and SMS on approval
10/9 - the card send out from HQ - saw the poslaju date stamp on the envelope
18/9 - receive it.

when i call CS a few days after approval, they say it will be sent via normal email, but apparently they're using poslaju and yet still lambat. but it's okay. in time for september cashback mission.

Which card have you applied and planning to apply?

As for me, I'm holding the following;-

1. Standard Chartered JOP
2. Standard Chartered Liverpool
3. Public Bank Quantum Mastercard
4. Public Bank Quantum Visa
5. Ambank TrueVisa
6. Aeon Big Visa Gold
7. OCBC Titanium Blue Mastercard
8. OCBC 365 Mastercard (for the 365 i did not request - however since CS said I can get RM100 cashback for each card and she will assist to give RM25 rebate on SST, so why not)
9. Hong Leong Essential (planning to terminate soon since I've got OCBC now)

Planning to get:-

1. UOB YOLO (submitted via ringgitplus 14/9 - but as usual, very slow...........not even in eCCris yet)
2. Maybank FC Barcelona - planning to get this once my UOB YOLO approved, I want UOB YOLO more than this. - more to daily usage cashback since my PBB Quantum Visa is now fully utilised monthly for its cashback) - Amex card a bit hard as I do survey, the places I go seldom got Amex

for Ambank i think so far no. they ask u claim rebate RM25 using the CC points

Just called 5 mins ago. Kami tak bagi cashback untuk SST tapi encik boleh redeem cashback RM25 dengan 7000 credit card points.

Only get RM29.25. My bad. Didn’t do proper calculation since i top up RM75,RM155, RM325 etc etc.

Lesson learnt to top up RM1,000 one shot.

Apply online via ambank internet banking can get approve less than a week.

I dont receive any cashback last time. No promo when i applied. I only have hire purchase with ambank at that time when i apply my ambank truevisa card

From my personal experience rejected hy RHB, Citibank and HSBC, yes kena reject

Poslaju.

But it’s not like the sampai esok one. It’s the slow poslaju (Most banks use this)

No i need to sign off too. But the poslaju slip mcm the one mail drop one. Sticker type ahahah

rhb can. just use the secure mail and request for sst rebate. they will ask u to spend 3 times using PIN of any amount within 3 or 7 days, then they will give rebate within 3 months. i successfully requested for the 2nd year.

Actually me too.

Topup bigpay on 20 march, did not receive any cashback on 16 apr.

So far i didnt recall ambank release cashback in batches?

do topup bigpay counted for points?

my points is still 0 since august 2019 (when i got my card).

besides bigpay, i also use this card for grab/shopee occasionally. so not sure why i never earn any points.

shopee will need to see next month. the cs i talk to just now ask me to wait 60 days. zzzz

U guys just stop there? Just push again. UOB cashback in feb also not eligible coz of different mcc, hence not eligible, but they still crediting the cashback to me by my next statement.

I havent push ambank yet as today i just lodge my complaint

Does anyone ever made transaction on last day of the month.

For example 31 may 2020 spend rm1000 (transaction date) and posting date is 1 june 2020, the 3% cashback is eligible for month of may or june?
