Called CS and attempted to ask for a "cashback/offset" on the SST of my World MC. CS said SST is collected by the bank for the gov and hence can't offer me anything. So I proceeded with redeeming my points to redeem for the SST.

Good deal that you got there! I didn't want to go the "cancel first, retain later" route coz I really do want to keep the card and want to avoid the hassle of reapplying, in case Ambank really goes and cancel my card.

I'm keeping WMC main + supp for PPL purpose since it's free annual fee anyway. If I recall correctly, there's option to redeem Ambonus points for SST cashback.

Does Ambank credits True Visa cashback by batches? I haven't received July's cashback yet. Anybody facing the same situation?

A combination of BP and other e-commerce transactions. Did you receive?

Here are my transactions in July and I did not a single cent of CB:

Principal card:

Supp card:

I think I may need to check with CS soon. If BP transactions are questionable, at least I should get CB for the more straightforward e-com ones.
