Guys, I was wondering if any Infinity Dark users here would like to trade your motherboard with my AW9D-MAX (red edition). Please PM me...

Btw, anyone here running over 600MHz memory on this board?

Wait, you're updating your motherboard bios in windows?
For god's sakes bro, don't do that. sweat.gif
Flash your bios in dos mode to be at the safest area.

Yea i know someone will say, "i've flashed bios in windows many times oso nothing happen?" yes, you're lucky.
But seriously, if you love your motherboard, flash bios in dos. Not windows.

Flashing bios in windows is prone to many error, since in windows, there's always data transferred in each second. sweat.gif

damn, i just read on how to update the BIOS, last time i updated the BIOS (ver. I96PD424) without turning the "update all" option, maybe that's the reason why my BIOS ROM corrupted doh.gif silly me, should read it thoroughly laugh.gif

What's the differences between this two boards aa boss? hmm.gif

By the way, the Kingston HyperX ram that you review in the link i've posted below, since you have opened the heatspreader to check the IC, is that ram using Brainpower 6 Layers PCB or just normal PCB? hmm.gif

Could you PM me with a picture of your motherboard with an HR-05 on it?
Kinda interested to trade my DFI Infinity P965-S with your motherboard. hmm.gif
*
Besides the slot colour, there's no other physical difference.
As for HR-05, it fits perfectly as the NB heatpipe can be easily detached from the PWM heatsink. Btw, I'm currently running the NB on MCW30 =)

Regarding the HyperX PC9200 that we reviewed recently, it didn't come with BrainPower PCB as I couldn't find the usual BrainPower marking on it. So it could be their own PCB.

Well, its actually kinda rev1 coz the board first appeared with red coloured slots.

Not engineering sample actually, mine is 90% retail... with box, cable and all. I'd say the red colour is limited edition or something...

Anyways, any other P965-S owners here interested to trade with this board?

Coolice using Crucial Ballistix DDR2 PC2-8000 1000MHz 2GB Kit [Micron D9GMH] on DFI Infinity P965-S First Batch like mine, irangan, superfly, almostthere, and some other buyers from previous DFI Infinity P965-S bulk order.

Only a few users in lowyat.net get the first batch. icon_idea.gif

Simple answer.
You bought it from who?
You bought it from where?
When did you buy it?

Answer this question, and i shall tell you either your motherboard is the first batch or not. smile.gif
