Here hoping Gobind won’t bow down to TM reasoning. If no price drop for streamyx, gov can slap them with incompetency and not fulfilling their vision of making internet fibre accessible. In return, gov can ask for a return of their HSBB and SUBB investment in the form of poles or manhole only. Fibre line, optic hardware TM can keep it. And each city council can lease their pole access to ISP. The reason why not many ISP want to use TM backbone is due to their inability to control the maintenance and quality if broke(except Maxis). With this,ISP will race each other for last mile potential customers.

This is insulting, pure ignorance on pricing disparities compared to unifi, pretend nothing happen and take streamyx subsribers as cash cows!! YB Gobind did mention backdated MSAP, which i think mostly are targetted to streamyx users, so they will get refund for premium overpaid.

those who are having twit, come burn the YB, unifi and skmm. I see quite few ppl getting pissed about this 8mbps fiasco. Let them know if can't give upgrade, slash the price 😁

Terminated my 8mbps package.. tmnet kaki kencing..when i tender 30 days termination notice they call me to gv rm30 discount..

tell them rm 59 for 8mb ok la.. discount rm 30 still bullshit... unifi adv 30mb @ rm 79 (plus some more i heard they not even set the quota limit yet)

they call me and counter rm10 discount for my 8mbps rm140 package on my 30days notice..hell no!!

is it possible to throw away my jumbo lite pack because its charged me RM30, i just need free channel only. Btw, i dont watch any this hyppotv from day 1 until present..In my bill its stated charged for RM30..free channel no charging. If can throw away by tm point, this will save me another rm30..

just walk to TM point and terminated my RM 160 8MB streamyx and phone line on 18/9,contract end,no 30days notice need. say goodbye to streamyx now wait until fiber coverage my area,lol

I found turbo-ed & Best package now come with RM30 discount. Now I realise the purpose of this discount.
One day someone maybe very stubborn to remove HyppTV, then TM can remove this discount as well. So you won't save RM30. TM offered you a lump-sum and you accepted it.

This evening some TM contractor workers climbed the pole just in front of my house, testing something from the distribution box. They told me that most of lines connected to the cabinet upgraded to at least 10mbps, I am guessing it is SUBB. They printed a new number onto the pole and the box. It is now VC5003/29 replacing the old number used last time 003/29.

Anyone here on 8mbps package got free speed upgrade to unifi?

My area still no unifi covrerage after I keep asking for 5 years ...

we have rights, its not remove hyppotv at all, just want to remove the package subscribe.. They not offered me the speed upgrade by called me or even email..They automatically put new package to me, when i checked the bill after a month later, then i know what internet package they gave to me.. because i have read someone successfully remove a premium channel, just want free channel..

How the F streamyx disconnected every 10 minutes...
I lived in a flat and doesn't have unifi coverage only streamyx, but the mamak stall near my flat have been upgraded to unifi...

I have just terminated my streamyx after being a loyal customer for over 10 years.

I have joined the Digi i150 bandwagon after having given TM chance after chance to come up with a fair and attractive package. But alas no...If you are a loyal customer they take you for granted and treat you like shit.

With Digi I am able to get 40-50 mbps which is way off better than streamyx at about the same price. My only regret is not to switch over sooner.

If they have any attractive package in future then I may consider to hop back as a new customer. They will treat new customers like king and may even give away attractive gifts and discounts.

Being loyal to TM is to be on the losing end. September is my final cut-off date...bye bye TM.
