You already have your 2X upgrade from 4Mbps to 8Mbps with that price.

I never receive any upgrade, it was that speed & price when I subscribe.

RM89 for 8Mbps = price only valid for 2 years, then it will revert to RM160.
You are probably last in TM list for upgrade.
Who in the right mind to provide 100Mbps for RM89?

Just another day being internet consumers in Malaysia. Just pure shit and piss from TM with love to streamyx user. Even pressure from new government seems a bit deafening for TM. At this point even if Ghandi as menteri komunikasi dan multimedia, Tm won’t drop streamyx price.

TM called me twice regarding the service quality and unifi upgrading. First call, they ask whether I want to upgrade since unifi is expanding to my housing area. 2nd call, I can upgrade when the unifi upgrading is complete. I ask when, they answered when the upgrading is complete, in two months time.

Currently, the Live Chat start on 114 in queue.
I can say it is the most "famous" service provider in nationwide..

After turn to you in queue, communication error and straight away Live Chat disconnect.
Then again queue start on 106 in queue.

Really a Tong Sampah..

Unifi Lite can be SUBB (i.e. they use your existing copper phone line)
but with limited speed, i.e. 10-30 (sometimes 50-100) depending on copper cable quality
and also TM exchange cabinet network cards.

save that picture and follow-up with TM if nothing changes by 15th of December 2018.

why not enjoice? okay what, unifi lite. rather than shitmyx.
if you're lucky enough, can also get 30/50 (some even got 100 - not sure if it's true).

with the direction that TM is going, i think they're concentrating on VDSL2/SUBB improvements now for Streamyx users,
i.e. less Fibre coverage to ensure that Streamyx users will not complain so much.

what do you intend to use fast internet for/how much are you targeting? 500Mbps?
