Here my latest bill..will ended this streamyx next october, not in contract..i want to see what next movement from tm end of this month.. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « before this i'm on 4Mbps..then i apply on unifi lite on during earlier stage before 2 days official launch..after failing on setup mode regarding other residential issues..tm give me freely 8Mbps..now, i want to terminate this..before i jump to maxis to reduce the cost..If tm might reduce price exist streamyx plan or new plan for streamyx after this september. Then i stayed, if no news until end of october, then bye2 tm  ..right now, my main purpose to reduce the cost, i don't mind the speed because i'm a regular user.. 8 - 10Mbps is okay for me..i heard there an upgrading for copper and big box at residents place.. If want to install a fiber from outside they need to take another tiang that longer way, i had apply its two times for unifi lite 2 days before, first team already look, want to install first tiang that had blocked by the neighbours but afraid if anything accident happen to them. Yup, too dangerous, they can install it but they need proof of pictures that already installed from outside to give to management. This one of procedure for them to make commission, if the installation approve by management then they will get if not approve then this technical team will got negative rating and they don't get anything. For second technical team after second tried, this team need to install by using another tiang that longer way. They explain to me, if want to proceed they will charged RM170 for installation, they mention the fiber easily broken if not proper way installation so, if anything happen just called their office to get done if fiber wire broken again. So, i cancel it, just use this streamyx. By the way, the first technical team that installed my streamyx quite friendly and much helped. I ask anything about the unifi, he explain to me more details. Too bad, during that time i'm out of budget to apply a fiber plan..

I need to see what next plan from TM on these two months..if no news, i change to maxis. I'm happy what mr gobind done for these internet things at least much better than nothing.

that is why, i want to migrate next plan. If they mention want to reduce streamyx price, then i will be okay for its. Otherwise, no need to give them extra.

Btw, i dont watch any this hyppotv from day 1 until present..In my bill its stated charged for RM30..free channel no charging. If can throw away by tm point, this will save me another rm30..

okay..i'm already ask via their chattime..she said cannot be removed because its come with bundle..free speed upgrade bundle..  nevermind, i will ask directly at tm point, need some gertak there for termination if still cannot throw away mumbo jumbo..otherwise..bye2 streamyx..chat live seem rubbish..  better by call or tm point..can get much reasonable answers..

Just mention, tell the installer where location do you want to put modem and your home telephone. no need to fancy installation like above ceiling or inside pvc tube or something fancy. Monitor installer setup the wire nice and tidy. Just get double confirmation from whom you applied.

From what i got some information from my neighbour, some of them got charge like you, some are not charged anything even though the fibre wire setup quite long. While others, charged from inside house only because they located the btu the upstairs or downstairs, location of btu quite far. Just raise why you upgrade at the first place. If not just called their supervisor. just get win-win situation.

Lolz. skmm need to improve their time frame on working issue. even kpdnkk in different category, they settle the case in 1 month and work more greater than skmm. so, rm50 quite cheap for extra charges. normally i found they charge RM70-RM80.
