Got 1 project under ppa1m at klang call trifolia aptmnt..heard will open to all..can confirm on this?? 900sft for 270k..

Yes, Trifolia = PPA1M. 900sqft for 198k.
Trifolis = Rumah Selangorku. 900sqft for 250k. And already got lelong unit check in, cheaper than launching price: https://www.lelongtips.com.my/property/5880...or-for-RM213000

she very last minute only decide to accept the offer. no choices left.
all east facing unit taken.
west facing only left the innermost unit.
guess she selected the other facing unit block by RUMAHWIP view.

Own stay still a very good buy. 1200sqft for 240k. Walkable to LRT. Medium cost apartment. Not able to find in the market today. Even older apartment subsale also hard to get at that size and pricing.

The military ones: PPA1M Taman LTAT. Majority still own by military personnel. Only selected units open up to others. No idea on the site progress tho.
