Not only that.
Existing project that yet to kick off also dont know what gonna happen. No progress. And no update.
Example: PPA1M Brickfields and also the project cater for Tentera known as SASAR @ opposite TBS.

Those new applicants should think twice before applying : you might be stuck with a non-progressing project under this new government.

April 2018 announced as one of the buyer.

July 2018 date set by PPAM to balloting unit but due to changes in government postponed as stated the developer got link with previous ministry.

Dec 2018 Received an update from PPAM to ballot the unit in April 2019 but didnt happen at all.

May 2019 Contact both developer and PPAM and both answer are the same which is still in discussion between developer and government.

Still not ballot for unit and not yet sign S&P.

Wow bro this is very unfortunate, wonder how long will government delay lagi. Its been more than a year since announced result..

Guess ppa1m desa park the most lucky one, after get result known within a month then ask to pick unit, and now alrealdy almost 50% built, more than 20 floor alrealdy.

Once again cheap lelong unit from PPA1M project available.
Anyone can buy from lelong market. Dont have to be 1st home buyer. Dont have to be government servant. No income restirction etc.

This time in KL address.
This is not low cost flat. This is affordable home.
Lelong at launching price. 90k for 850sqft unit.

Malay owner. But no restriction stated in the POS.
Have to get confirmation from the developer since is still master title.

Yeah and I predict winning price for this unit double the reserve price confirm. Need to have budget close to 180k, maybe even 200k.
