I heard currently they relax the rule, which you can rent out the unit no more 10 years limit?

Heard ppa1m oug is in the process to covert into freehold now.

Distance between 2 blocks is too near, maybe 20/30m. Those facing South-East will be blocked from morning sun except high floor or not facing RUMAWIP.

As long as you are able to secure bank loan / cash for the unit, I dont think got any problem as you already passed the qualification filter process.
Anything after that is between you and the developer of the project.

No,What I mean is that PPAM sent an email to us asking if we'll be interested to change from Type D to Type C which we agreed to it. Type C is the least attractive in term of pricing.
