That’s the problem isn’t it. We should emulate the HDB concept in Singapore.

Affordable or public housing shouldn’t be used as an investment tool.

Hi all,

As per post #1, it's mentioned that pensioners also can apply.

Curious if anyone knows if my late grandfather was a government pensioner and his spouse (my grandma) is still alive and well, would she be able to apply?

Not yet called for 1st batch unit selection.

If u not 1st batch, u hv to wait loan rejection unit... I think fastest end of this year

PPAM future projects were cancelled

Telekom Malaysia is not a government entity (it's listed) and you're not government servant. Not sure why a staff don't even know the fundamental..

Before you toot your horn, I'd suggest you make an attempt to clarify some things.

I asked prior to this if my late grandfather was a government servant (TM was a government entity during his service) had a spouse who still receives his pension - e.g. my grandmother - would she be entitled to apply for PPA1M projects.

So no, I am not a staff, never implied I was. And TM was a government entity, back then.

The answer is the same, not eligible.

Whatever policies/guidelines made for PPAM is for today, not for the day when it's still Jabatan Telekom Malaysia in 80-an.

It already privatized in 1984 since then. Same logic for POS whereby they were also owned by government at that time.
