320k possible with extra 1CP. meaning that to get additional CP is at 20k.

Lppsa loan is fixed at 4% will not change according to BR rate. And also no progressive interest charge. But full loan repayment start after 36 months for high rise regardless whether the project VP or not.

Landed 24 months. But take note that LPPSA process very slow. Will take minimum 6 months. So most people will pay first the first 10% or 20% to avoid late charges penalty.

But whether easy to rent out or not that I'm not sure for PPA1M Sofiya if compare to other PPA1M or RUMAHWIP projects.

Only got info on RUMAHWIP. Renting clause is not stated in RUMAHWIP SPA. Only stated restriction in renting in the RUMAHWIP website which can be alter/change anytime.

So PPR or those low cost flat maintenance, cleaning all subsidized by the government? Of course not.
