also mean that you can sign spa and settle just the 10% amount and apply loan 2-3 years later before CCC. correct? since there is no progressive payment like other undercon project.

Landed 24 months. But take note that LPPSA process very slow. Will take minimum 6 months. So most people will pay first the first 10% or 20% to avoid late charges penalty.

Gov loan the best. Bank loan not able to compete unless you are bank staff then maybe can get good staff rate from that bank.

4.00% fixed rate regardless of how OPR or BR rate changes.
No need pay progressive interest.

Yes, and straight got a completed project. Can move in straight next week. Hand over keys ceremony done by PM.
So nice!!! No idea what happen. Probably some croni let go of all units in bulk.

See now PPA1M Bukit Jalil. Keys handover next week but many already post rental ads underground.
But whether easy to rent out or not that I'm not sure for PPA1M Sofiya if compare to other PPA1M or RUMAHWIP projects.

No idea.
Only got info on RUMAHWIP. Renting clause is not stated in RUMAHWIP SPA. Only stated restriction in renting in the RUMAHWIP website which can be alter/change anytime.

Anyway, private project also some kena especially those wash hand developer. Some developer even purposely delay until DLP expired.
So okay la. Ku Nan show concern because this is government recommend project after all for all government servant.
