I've applied PPA1M Brickfield using my wife's name and the running number is 256*.
We are from different state and I think it is very unlikely to get one. |

QUOTE(300thecat @ Mar 17 2018, 08:17 AM) Anyone got a response re Brickfields? It's past the application results deadline, yet status still showing 'Baru'. Mine still shows "Baru" too.Heard that there were 8K+ applicants and obviously the filtering panel will take longer than usual to vet through. Priority is for first time home buyers and low wage earners. |

QUOTE(Silfer @ Apr 21 2019, 04:12 PM) No,What I mean is that PPAM sent an email to us asking if we'll be interested to change from Type D to Type C which we agreed to it. Type C is the least attractive in term of pricing.By the way what is current status of your application? "Pengundian seterus" "Tidak Di Tawar" ..? |

QUOTE(ephunk @ May 13 2019, 08:44 PM) Didnt find any project with that price in that area. Im 27 years old and married, is it okay to wait? Currently renting at subang bestari and work at jalan raja laut. If not desperate just wait. If transferable I don't mind paying you 10K Anyway what stops you from finding a place to rent nearby your working place? |

QUOTE(AskarPerang @ Jun 29 2019, 03:59 PM) she very last minute only decide to accept the offer. no choices left. Yeah all those KLCC view were taken by earlier buyers.all east facing unit taken. west facing only left the innermost unit. guess she selected the other facing unit block by RUMAHWIP view. Only those not so desirable units were available during my unit selection and I picked Bandar Kinrara view unit. Level 30+ haha. One strange thing is that why these PPAM buyers avoid higher floors? After all its the same price for all levels. No confidence in the lifts I guess |
