Only watched the start until the first round of pit stops. Ferrari has to be embarrassed by their start to the year. Having your closest rivals to finish 1-2 for 5 races is bad enough but not challenging for the top 2 in all but 1 race is even worse.

Another snoozefest last week... another stupid mistake from Vettel and Ferrari. Seriously, are the other teams even trying to challenge the Merc?

I'm not sure about others; myself, although I'm a long-time Ferrari fan (since 1999), even if Mercedes is dominating, as long as the racing is close and many overtakings and uncertain strategies, I'll consider the race isn't boring.  But like football matches, some are snoozefest.

Even if I don't want to see Lewis win another WDC, I've to admit he is one of the greats, especially in qualifying. This season, I rather see Valtteri Bottas win WDC if Ferrari & Red Bull can't catch up.

Asides from a top team, usually I'll support another mid-field team and maybe an underdog team, depending on the driver or manufacturer.  E.g. this season I like to see Renault to be best of the rest, coz maybe due to Daniel Alvocado.  Alfa Romeo, I think can categorize as underdog, not really mid-field team but I like to see Kimi scoring points.  So, if the race leader is way ahead, the TV director usually will cut to closer racing in the mid-fields. Plus, the commentators must be good.

Hoping for better closer racing after 2021 major regulation changes.

Martin Brundle is rubbish and biased, Paul Di Resta gives better commentary.

Imo, vettel was right to gamble all during the start since no chance to catch the merc after that. the 'mistake' might be not following correct mercedes (lewis), and not allowing leclerc passed even without team order after he flat spotted his tyres.

Yes Seb's defense after the failed overtake made both Ferraris lost to Max. Otherwise CL might get podium instead of Max.

Strange, Toto issued rare statement their car has more potential and no fear of Red Bull and Ferrari challenge! This contradicts to previous Ferrari is faster, Ferrari is powerful theme...

Not strange la, very obvious already now that they're by far the best team so no need to fear anything anymore.

I never listen to Toto, most of the times he doesn't know what he's talking about.

Toto is the master of sandbagging! That's his forte that always fooled everyone including Ferrari. 😂

Because as toto said, there is every driver dream to drive for ferrari, and that topic will always come up during contract negotiations.

Alonso might end up not qualifying to Indy 500. His pace doesn't look good at all.

Alonso's not racing in Indy 500. Should've joined a full time team instead.

Alonso bad mouthed honda, expensive to pay... And seems to bring bad luck. No wonder no team wants him.

Unlike last year with Andretti, this year McLaren joins with Carlin, a weak team. To make matters worse Alonso himself made a mistake by crashing in earlier session.
