Seem like it is UOB Payonline issue? I’ve call up to PBB , they asked me to fill up dispute form.. in the email, I told them, how can PBB allow the duplicate txn to go through without my authorization since I only requested 2 OTP, but they charged me 4 times

At the same time, I also email to UOB Payonline..

For personal online banking, there's no TOKEN for it. Only business online account need it.

more like PBB's issue.

i had experienced similar previously, not from uobpayonline, just normal swipe at secret recipe. pbb cs did the adjustment the next few days, without filling form (obviously they knew the problem was erroneous double-posting of transaction.

just asked cs how many transactions captured by their system, then you'd know where the issue originated. if captured 1x but posted 2x, pbb's issue. if captured 2x and posted 2x, merchant's issue. also find out how many OTP sent and received. 1 otp = 1 transaction = 1 posting.

Hmm.. u r from bank? U know the system/ transaction well..

I wrote to PBB with the dispute form that they sent to me.. I said I only have 2 OTPs and why PBB allow the duplicate txn (4 txn instead of 2 txn) to go through without my authorization.. when I call, the CS has asked me to check with merchant as well, that’s y I sent to UOB Payonline too..

token no need money
just open a savings account
then tell the counter you want to apply security token
they will give you
if you lost it or damage it
you need to pay RM 50 to replace it
1 disadvantage is you cannot use mobile apps to transfer money
cause it wont let you use secure token but only sms tac
but sms tac would never send to you after you activate to use the secure token
stupxd pbb 2 years already still cannot resolve this issue eventhough they aware of it

Just had an awful experience with 11Street and PBB instalment plan. Helped my mum by a Samsung S7 for RM1,864 in September. using her supp card.

The transaction kept getting stuck at the payment page and I was informed payment didn't go through. When I checked my mum's statement, I was HORRIFIED to find out I had been charged THREE times. Now 2 instalments for each have been charged already (one on purchase date and one on statement date), and the entire purchase amounts are "authorised charges" on my cards. 11Street and PBB are both blaming each other saying that they've done their part and the other hasn't done theirs. Sigh. It's now been a month since the incident and no resolution. Not sure whether it is merchant's fault or PBB's fault. Each party keeps saying that the "relevant department" is investigating.

I think is 11street issue, everytime after I key in my OTP, it shown error page and said txn unable to process (even not PBB card), n everytime I will go to order page to check whether the order has appeared.. normally it is successful paid.. n at the same time I will check authorize charges too..
Have u check how many order u have for that?

I get another 4 transactions posted yesterday. I assume someone discovered the errors and wanted to CR (reverse) the transactions but end up DR. sweat.gif

which merchant?

better disclose which suspected merchants so that we can compare notes and be wary of it.
