Anyone here have both VISA Signature and Quantum MasterCard & VISA? Do you get separate credit limit and cash back both or do you get combined credit limit and cash back limit?

public bank likely to miss out giving out cashback on your credit card purchase. Happened twice ald! 

1. Lazada- called CS. CS replied saying my purchase is over desktop not via Lazada app so it is not  categorized 'ONLINE'.    what logic is this??!! emailed them. Diff reply came back and they manually put in the cashback on next cycle 
2. H&M- emailed them. Probably H&M is not considered as 'Departmental' to public bank.. who knows?!

i recently applied for pb platinum card.. however they've gave me 2 cards, visa and master card. May I ask if they will charge twice for the annual fee? How likely is PB waiving annual fees?

didn't realize quantum existed.. i was looking for balance transfer card.. Is it possible to have the cards changed to the Quantum?

ok i purposely asked CS whether can cancel either of the Quantum cards.

CS said no issue to cancel either card.

Nope, this is not relating to the campaign cashback.. the PBB CS is mentioned about the 6% Card feature.. this is actually known issue just that PBB has not do anything so far (*finger cross that they don fixed it*)
