11street, Shoppe, or Payonline (Telekom)? it is likely 11street transaction is no longer counted! |

It is very likely Shopee SG's Cybersource is based in London (not the one at New York or San Francisco), Time zone is either British Summer Time (7 hours behind) or Greenwich Mean Time (8 hours behind). London's timezone will be adjusted from BST (7hrs) to GMT (8hrs) on 30/10/2017 (to 24/3/2018, then back to BST). Cybersource London may always use GMT (8hrs) to avoid confusion. Avoid using Shopee SG before 8am.

Frankly speaking, Principal cardholder shall receive 1 single bill only including transactions from the supplementary cardholders. If the principal doesn't pay, then the supplementary cardholder shall be liable for his/her transactions.
If separate bills, no way the principal will find out the transactions from supplementary cardholders and the principal may exercise his/her rights to terminate the supplementary cards when necessary. If the supplementary doesn't pay, then principal is liable but it is too late to rectify. |
