Anyone use UOB Payonline to pay Telekom / Unifi bill?

May I know what is the description for the txn? as I know, UOB Payonline has been changing their description recently, just wonder will this affect the Get Rewarded 6/10x Swipe Campaign.. Use to receive cashback from previous campaign last time prior the change of description.. I've been long time didnt use UOB Payonline to pay bill, but, due to MyTM Portal change to new webpage and they having issue with the new portal, that's y i need to turn back to UOB Payonline..

Appreciate someone can share their experience.

It seem those who didn’t receive the campaign cashback for Week 4 & week 5 is due to PAYONLINE- TELEKOM. Maybe anyone who got cashback in week 4 & week 5 should share whether any of their txn involved Telekom Payonline..
Else, I suspect the culprit is TM txn which PBB detected recently as bill payment?

I thought I can wait for next campaign to apply another supplementary Card to get free gift.. but, ended up they extend the previous campaign, so, I won’t be able to apply another sup card under the same campaign coz I already apply 1 for my sis last month..

Seem like payment via Astro Self scare Portal having issue on cashback.. I didn’t get 6% cashback via PBVS in my recent month statement.

the only way is after the campaign week cashback is out, u need to send email to PBB to appeal lo... which is very troublesome...

UOB Payonline transaction is slow today.. made 4 txn a around 1+pm, until now still haven’t receive the email notification and still not appear under authorize charges under my PBB card

Update, get the call from PBB CS, Ying that they will credit back the cashback to me on Astro payment txn...

Also, she reminded me that in fact PBB sup card should be combine cashback with principal cardholder as per their TnC... n they said so far they yet to fix the issue n they doesnt mind to give the extra cashback to sup card until they resolved it...

So, i just keep quiet n say ok... sweat.gif

Nope, this is not relating to the campaign cashback.. the PBB CS is mentioned about the 6% Card feature.. this is actually known issue just that PBB has not do anything so far (*finger cross that they don fixed it*)

Attached is the extract of PBVS PDS where it mentioned the RM50 cashback is per principal account..

I don think this is non sense as it really clearly stated in the tnc.. anyway, PBB has been generous on the cashback and we should appreciate we get now until the day it “fixed”.. I think so far only CIMB give separate cashback but they have revised their TnC.. n their online txn category is so limited..

I submit the form to subscribe for estatement for twice, last campaign n this campaign.. until now I still get the paper statement.. seem like they didn’t convert to estatement for me at all..
