what did you mean by "they always conveniently miss the cashback" ?

lazada issue is already known since end June. it seems to be fixed, so keep monitor and keep reporting. PBB is quite supportive in crediting back the cashback. it's Lazada's fault to begin with, not the banks.

u got the wrong idea about departmental. H&M is under MCC 5651: Family Clothing Stores.

tried at maxvalu @ sunway velocity mall, confirmed MCC 5411 Grocery.

i guess you can email but takes time to get answer lo. by phone call, get it in 1-2 mins.

should work.

the limitations/business rules are put in place on the front-end portal, which is the new portal TM introduced last Saturday.

uobpayonline doesnt have this limitation.

there is a speific debit card thread, why didnt you ask/reply there?

yes happened to me before. mistake was from PBB, not merchant.

ask PBB to check how many transactions captured by their system, for that particular transaction.

if they say captured 1x, then easy to settle. confirmed their billing fault. let them investigate and they would perform adjustment back. funny part: I got extra cb for the duplicate transaction

if 2x transaction captured, could be merchant's fault for double claims. this would be tricky. need to file dispute.

most important now, call PBB and verify how many transactions captured by their system.

from previous reports, wk4 was late (suppose to be last week, probably due to friday was ph). wk5 still early, tentative within this week.

last i know

2 transactions per card per seller per day
4 transactions per card per day



how did you make your transactions? how many card? how many transactions per card?

hmm never encountered that since i dont have that many cards to swipe

perhaps try again tomorrow.

for account-level limit, not so sure what is the threshold, if any. perhaps there is 10x or 11x limit per account per day, based on your swipe count today.



on another note, i did encounter whereby 1 of my card only can swipe 1 time, and i couldnt swipe for 2nd time (same seller).

i was suspecting my card (i.e. last 4-digit) is conflicting with another card/user with the same last 4-digit, then shopee detected it as multiple swipes.

not sure, was just guessing on this part since my total swipes was just 3x (2x + 1x) and i cant swipe for the 4th time. i retried the next day, no issue.

already shared few months back. it should be for lower cards, e.g. quantum/platinum cards.

not sure about VS. nobody asked/shared it. previously was min 30k pledge for VS.

utilities, avoid in uobpaonline. except with weird exception to SYABAS whereby the "syabas" not displayed on the description. we dont know how extensive pbb excludes uitilities based on specific description, e.g. tnb, syabas, etc

mobile, no issues.

still Shopee is good for bill payment services, especially those excluded by PBB for the promo.
