I guess I am the unluckiest applicant no. 2. Called up CS, it said my card was approved on 8/1 and sent out 10/1. But now totally didn't receive anything.

Wondering want to get a replacement card this week or wait for another week.

Pls keep me posted, when you receive your card. Your first card comes how long after the the sms ? Have both the Quantum visa and mastercard come? (I mean the very first and blocked one, not the replacement)

here's the full timeline:
14/12: sms approval
22/12: call bank, they ask to wait next week
29/12: call again, they said its taking too long, so they send replacement
11/01: follow up, they said they just sent out replacement on 9/01
12/01: received mastercard
15/01: received visa, call bank, turns out both card are the first one they sent, they ady block, so no use
17/01: finally received the replacement card

has anyone here successfully received samsung galaxy j1 mini prime for pbb double rewards campaign?

based on my simple calculation, bank transfer is cheaper.

One of the worst cc sign up experience encountered with them, applied through online and not a single call back from them. It has been 20 working days and counting.

better print the application form (from the latest acquisition campaign), fill in the details, print, sign, scan, and email back (with supporting income documents). it's faster and responsive.

I did but the problem is I can't find the proper email address. I sent in 6 enquiry emails to date to call me back. Not a single call back. Lol....speechless

Public just have 1 of the worst Customer Service in town... thus just wait...

all my pbb card applications are sent to >> PBCS Customer Service <custsvc@publicbank.com.my>

My application was sent to cardsmarketing@publicbank.com.my which I think is the direct channel for new card application.
