One of the worst cc sign up experience encountered with them, applied through online and not a single call back from them. It has been 20 working days and counting.

I did but the problem is I can't find the proper email address. I sent in 6 enquiry emails to date to call me back. Not a single call back. Lol....speechless

custsvc@publicbank.com.my is quite useless imo.
