My application was sent to cardsmarketing@publicbank.com.my which I think is the direct channel for new card application.
So I send to both email addresses? HahaCredit Cards Public Bank Credit Cards V2, PB Visa Sig 6% & Quantum 5% Cash Back

Hi,
Is there a one-time upfront fee for the Exclusive Flexi-Payment Plan Offer (0% for 12 months with minimum purchase of RM1,200) for PBB Quantum Cards? I came across this table at https://www.pbebank.com/Personal-Banking/Pr...y-Plan-(4).aspx Does that info in the table apply to PBB Quantum Cards Flexi-pay? As of now, I have Public Bank Quantum MasterCard and Visa Credit Card, with the credit limit of RM 16000.
If I correctly remember, the minimum credit limit of Public Bank Visa Signature Card is RM 35000. As suggested here, one way to get Public Bank Visa Signature Card is apply for lower level credit cards (such as Quantum Cards), and slowly increase your credit limit till RM 35000 (with your payslips showing increased salary), and request to add a Public Bank Visa Signature Card. Here is my dilemma. The maximum spending amount for me is RM 1200 per month (RM 600 for Quantum MasterCard; another RM 600 for Quantum Visa), just to get the maximum cashback of RM 30 for each card. So, after I get salary increase and submit the payslips, how can I convince Public Bank Credit Card Department to increase my credit limit to RM 35000? After all, I never spend beyond RM 1200, let alone RM 16000 of credit limit originally assigned to me. I know that Public Bank currently has 0 % balance transfer, and 0 % FlexiPay. But, I prefer not to use balance transfer and FlexiPay, as they may lure me to uncontrolled spending beyond my financial ability. Thank you very much for your kind suggestions. Anyone tried with rental income? I declare my rental income to LHDN.
Am holding Quantum already and a few Ks short of VS requirement and pretty desperate to have another online card since CIMB CB revoke their benefit. I tried for Citi PremierMiles which is also 100k pa (used salary + rental income) but was rejected. |

I believe PB will revise the income requirements for premium cards (VI, VS, WM) soon, as other card issuers are doing it. |

QUOTE(theberry @ Jan 20 2018, 09:06 PM) don't think it matters really. As long as you get an SMS confirmation after that, you are good to go. Talking from personal experience, any recent changes I am not sure . And to those having trouble with sending the application via email, do it with PDF. I was taught by some good people here too. Their file limitation is like fark. Make sure you receive an email confirmation from them after that, otherwise call and ask if they receive the application. Did ALL my supp cards with PDF format, no problemo |

This is assuming that my salary has increased to RM 9k per month. Why would you want that increase then? And credit limit depends on their risk appetite towards your credit exposure. 9k won't do it. |
