Hi all, I tried apply a credit card by sending the signed application form and the supporting documents to pbcs_online@publicbank.com.my, but one week passed already still no response (no email/sms), what should I do now? Call them to check?

pay according to each card. afaik, they dont have auto-apportionment of payment (like UOB's).

by right, you should track your expenses by each card, not group them together. each quantum visa and mastercard are different anyway.

even maybank's m2c although a dual/combo-card, it's still identified as 2 separate cards.

Forgot to use my Quantum Visa at AEON today, 5% gone 

aeon has two mah: grocery and departmental.

quantum's flexipay is only stated on the "Live The Moment" promo page. it follows the existing Flexipay T&Cs, just Quantum has 0% 12-month offer, other cards has 0% 9-month.

that clause meant for other PROMO CASHBACK, sometimes pbb may introduce new promo and overlap with this swipe promo. so, be mindful when deciding to target new promo, it may invalidate your swipe promo.

Use payment to other card and key in your card number.

From CDM, other banks to over-pay, no problems. I have never tried at PB E-bank.
Only M2U is too smart to reject over-payment!

Hi all, just to share about my experience after spending the required amount RM250 and trying to redeem gift from RinggitPlus. This is my first time using RinggitPlus so I sent an email enquiry to RinggitPlus on how to redeem my gift since I already spent the required RM250. RinggitPlus revert that once I fullfilled the requirement, Public Bank should have send RinggitPlus a unique code as a confirmation that I fullfilled the requirement that I can then use to redeem the gift. If I have not receive the unique code, I'll need to contact Public Bank to verify my eligibility and get the unique code. So I contacted Public Bank and to my surprise, my spending was not qualified for the campaign. They rejected my Lazada transactions as according to them it is under exclusion clause. Lazada is registered under "Direct Marketing" and is not qualified transactions. They asked to further spend on retail transactions since I'm still within the 45 days. I was very mad but I swipe again anyway since it is a purchase that I need to buy at physical shops. I also informed RinggitPlus on Public Bank's reply of my rejected transactions. RinggitPlus replied that they will check directly with Public Bank for me and true to their words, they called me the next day and mentioned that my touch and go card gift is ready and will be shipped within next 21 days.

Yes, I did not get any code from ringgitplus at all when i emailed them. I just asked how to redeem after spending RM250. The issue is more with Public Bank not recognizing my transactions.
