keyword: effective date 1 Sep 2018.

if your card's anniversary falls or issuance ≥ 1 Sep 2018, SST will be charged.

if your card's anniversary falls or issuance < 1 Sep 2018, SST will be charged on its upcoming anniversary.

lucky if you just gotten new card, u got longer grace period before hitting SST.

problematic for all conventional cards lumped together because each card are issued in separate months but printed expiry follows the 1st card's anniversary month.

I called MBB, PBB, AMB, CITIBANK - CS said month on the expiry date on the card is the anniversary month.
Eg. if expiry date is 02/23, SST will be charged in Feb 2019.

Hello all,
need some help regarding a situation...
recently I terminate the amex card to replace it with new card (because 1 of the subcription i cancelled still charge my old card).
However, I saw that my point is gone. Is treat point binded to the card? Or can I claim back if that is not true

Of course it's tied to the card.
Each card has its own TP.

Not sure if you can still claim back.
Normally, we'll initiate a transfer to another existing card before cancellation.

Hi there, may I know is it possible to combine both my amex and MC to one maybank2u account? I don't have saving account in may bank .

It's a little bit troublesome to login different account for the statements.

Thanks
*
you cannot see the account and transactions of the other card, but you can see all statements in the statement menu.

or you can try requesting the customer service to link both cards to a single m2u login. no guarantee they can or will help you though.

i would like to view supp card transactions.
Thanks.

Since it is joint, I believe it will not separate. Can call CS to clarify.

Just ask yourself which card you used most often and benefited from, that will be your answer.
If it's a tie, just cancel one of them.

Principal can redeem the TP on sup card. Not sure can supp card redeem the tp or not. But the TP gain from Supp card, add to Principal account. Correct me if I wrong.

You can't combine both credit card accounts into one M2U if you don't have any saving acc in MBB, at least not by online. Verified by their CS when I called last week.

However she suggested me to walk into branch for alternatives, which they apparently have but choose not to do it through a phone call. But I opted to open another M2U account for another card since I'm lazy. tongue.gif

Statement will show TP earns from each card, separately.
Principal can combine all TP for redemption.
Not too sure if supp card is eligible to call up for redemption.
If not mistaken, there are a few successful cases.
