Hi guys, this is a strange scenario....

After printing the MBB card statement for years, this is the first time that  I have problem printing it out this Dec month statement...I sent the printing job to the printer but it is not showing nor printing...

Same problem even though I have changed the printer, re-download the PDF file, rename the file...I have no problem printing other PDF files though...anyone else has this same problem?

I am an expat from Philippines, working here in KL.

I already have a savings account opened early this year and on that same time I also tried to apply for a credit card. After months of waiting and updates from the branchs, I finally call HQ and told me that i got declined and they cant disclose the reason. I tried applying online from mbb website and thru mobile but I keep on having this error that "We are sorry. This service is only applicable for Malaysian citizen."

From their site it is stated that:
Home > Cards > Credit Cards > Maybank 2 Gold Card
Who can apply?
Malaysians with a minimum annual income of RM30,000
Expatriate with a minimum income of RM60,000
Principal cardholders: those between 21 to 65 years old

Any tips or agents that can help me apply for Maybank credit card?

Yes I did that. When I applied for my savings account, I brought my employment contract, payslips, work visa etc. And on that same day I also ask for credit card application.
So basically they already have all my details and info as a requirement for both savings account and credit card. My savings account was approved and got my ATM/debit card after few days.
The branch where I applied didnt update me anymore about the credit card for a month. The credit card got declined, but only got the news when I called Maybank HQ / main office / main branch and they are not disclosing the reason why got declined.

Ok, I went to MB to open a saving account so I can facilitate my CV repayment.

They rejected and say any new account openings must be for salary purposes only. Lol, then asked me to use my existing bank to create a SI for my MB CC.. lol

Got a call from Maybank, someone tried to use my AMEX card online last night (but transaction declined). I confirmed that it wasn't me, so it's been blocked and they're sending me a new card. This is the third time this has happened!
