Hi UMobile, is there any way to port out (MNP) from U mobile to other telcos without going over the counter?
*
hi Daredevil

This is not umobile support centre

With that you can contact some umobile agent from this forum to help do the porting but you need trust him with your info.

Hahaha I don't like u mobile. Everything else is better than u mobile.

I'm in Klang Valley where u mobile sucks to the max. Its performance outside of Klang Valley may be acceptable, I suppose.

Umobile is depend on area some area congested it will be slow like hell and sometimes very fast. Outside Klang valley is the worse at 9pm to 12am sometimes can't even load anything.

Why can UM do something serious about their crappy network..
Many complaints yet no action taken...
Want people to MNP in big numbers, until effect their revenue.. Then only take action ahh 😤
*
They want revenue so they keep introducing new plans without upgrading their infrastructure.

I am still staying with umobile because of music onz so I can stream unlimited music at extreme quality in Spotify.

For APP.ONZ, does watching videos on facebook, and looking through instagram feeds (pics and vids) consumes normal data or it is unlimited under APP.ONZ? On the description for APP.ONZ, mostly the discription say unlimited sharing, while no mentioning of anykind regarding viewing content on these apps.

For VIDEO.ONZ, is there a speed cap?

You must not terminate your current line if you want to port out otherwise the MNP will not be successful.

Just go to the telco you wish to port to and tell them you want to port in. And of course give them the number.

Then after successful port in, what will happen to the advance payment?

You will need to go to U mobile service center and give them your bank account details for refund. They will not remind you about this.

And then they'll tell you 90 days.

And then got chance someone will forget or make mistake and you'll never get it so you'll have to go back to SC and complain.

Source: done this 3 times already =)

U must be unlucky. I didn't have to go to SC at all. I just PM them via Twitter and within a month I got back my deposit.

Does anyone know if it's possible to use either P78 or P99 sim in a broadband dongle which is then shared via a 3G/4G router? Will this be seen as tethering?

I just wondering how you utilize the music-ozz apps until 5.75GB? hmm.gif
Are you 24 hours turn on your online radio?

I am on Spotify premium. My car got an android player so I run direct Spotify using my phone hotspot. So music on my phone and car player are all set at extreme quality for streaming and at home I got those portable speaker that can stream Spotify directly but WiFi also uses my phone.

I have reach 10gb before too
