i'm not sure why, but i have log several complain to twitter umobile regarding coverage at my home. LTE coverage up to 2 bar, speed max can go up to 3Mbps. the common speed that i get is below than 1Mbps. really painful.

so umobile team has been assign to come to my house tomorrow to check the coverage n speed at my home. SUDDENLY yesterday, as my daily routine, i tested the speed again, now get up to 45Mbps. demm..

i think, they purposely ask to come to my house cause they already solve the issue. my complain start since 1st month i using umobile which is Nov's 2017. that time they dont want to visit pun my house to check.

ok, thats it my morning nag. sorry for long post.

after update the new u mobile app, when open the app will prompt out the message said that ur current personel information is incorrect, pls update it to avoid service interuption or line trrmination

I signed up for P78 last month. I tried to load the SIM card into my 3G dongle (old model) and the performance is really poor. Hard to detect signal and even can connect, the speed is super slow, like 60kbps.

Anyone here use it on 4G router or anything similar can share your experience? I need to find out whether is my 3G dongle problem or there's some kind of restriction from U-Mobile.

U mobile is barely usable on 4G. On 3G? Well, may the Lord help you.

Then according to you, better use GSM?

I'm in Klang Valley where u mobile sucks to the max. Its performance outside of Klang Valley may be acceptable, I suppose.

There are still areas in Klang Valley where it's usable. That's why it's important to test first! For me (working area surrounded by students) it's unusable.

Umobile only on certain area usable but majority are are pain in the ass.
So it a roller coaster the monent you sign up.

Depends where you go. Most of us would only really be in 2-3 locations most of the time (home, office, maybe gym or certain place we like to go to eat).

I have two family members who use u mobile and no complaints about speed or connectivity. They go to very different places from me though. Myself and wife gave up on U mobile after months of crappy speed in our locations.

Best is always to buy prepaid and test.
