U mobile subscribed umi50 is very slow and lag, watch the YouTube also lag. At puchong.. very bad

I repeat....Umobile work wonderful only as when they like.
Complaining won't help.
Best is to let SKMM know about it everytime.

They can't do anything about it, the improvement takes time

But in Umobile...improvements take extremely long time.

Based on my experienced with them, finally the new 3G tower took more than a year to build up in Subang area (not 4G), yet there are still some no coverage in Subang.

Umobile contacted me for the case resolution 9 months later of my issue, i have been switched to other telco, in the incident, i have been engaged several meeting with mcmc and umobile at the mcmc office without any help and improvement

problem with umobile is they keep coming out cheaper and unlimited package before making their infrastructure sustainable so it already congested they allow more traffic in of course jam

So I guess our MCMC aLso all bark.
Now that the main reason...Umobile so daring not to be bother with complaints...

well telco in Malaysia is very lucky..
give bad service also no serious action would be taken..
worse come worse.. just pay fine only which is peanuts for them as many making millions per year profits...


even reports come out.. saying ours 4G speed is lowest.. average 14Mbps only compare with neighbouring countries..

Really mind blowing.. Even in KL, cannot get such speed...

Malaysia are performing quite well considering with the relatively restrictive legislation regarding the tower emission and location limitation compare to Thailand. Service provider in Thailand doesn't have as much barrier as in Malaysia regarding setting up towers and also for the "fast speed" you are referring to is only for AIS since thay are using LTE-U band. Others are still slow.

also in thailand, 365 days validity on prepaid is easily available and for not more than 24 baht or rm3.
