QUOTE(zuhaili87 @ Sep 8 2017, 12:53 AM) Thanks for the reply! But im sorry, why would i want to opt out video onz? Is there any advantages in doing that? I guess some people wanna stream in HD lol. Not tied to the 1.5Mbps capped by Umobile. But the opprtunity cost is your data

QUOTE(LostAndFound @ Sep 7 2017, 10:13 AM) No point to claim it. The code is UMOBILEOBIKE for everyone. Can just download the app and use if you want. Lousy 'not-a-freebie' this week. Thanks for sharing... When's the expiry? I thought obike is already free until end of Sept 2017?

Hi guys, its my 4th month using U28 postpaid plan.
In the past 3 months I always had extra usage charge (so total bill amounts were always more than 28+GST), I want to know what they charged me for because I didn't buy add-ons but I can't find the details of charges on ma bills.
I did finish up my 3gb data every month and relied on the controlled turtle speed internet on the 4th week usually. Do they incur charges for using more than 3gb?
Didnt exceed usage for phone call and sms for sure.

Thanks for the tips I thought they did not send me the bill but eventually I found my ebill in my email junk box LOL. Also found out that the charges are for the calls to 1300 number. The usage charges are indeed because of calls to 1300 number... saw the detailed list on ma ebill. Thanks for your info 😁

No option to unsubscribe? any idea? If you wish to terminate a Plan, you can unsubscribe via UMB at *118*3*6# or by sending <OFF V20> for V20 and <OFF V30> for V30 to 28118. Any unused minutes will be forfeited. I suggest using the above UMB option and choosing Stop Auto Renewal. This post has been edited by dgboy: Sep 11 2017, 05:52 PM

I guess somebody might be questioned this before. since the P78's speed is capped @ 5mbps, and most users convert from P70 to P78 experience worse network in terms of stability and speed, P78 is the plan we do not recommend ( no harm to try though )
