Hi guys, its my 4th month using U28 postpaid plan.

In the past 3 months I always had extra usage charge (so total bill amounts were always more than 28+GST), I want to know what they charged me for because I didn't buy add-ons but I can't find the details of charges on ma bills.

I did finish up my 3gb data every month and relied on the controlled turtle speed internet on the 4th week usually. Do they incur charges for using more than 3gb?

You may refer your ebill sent to your email. Otherwise if you are opted for paper bill, that might be the case that you are having extra charges.

28+gst+RM3 paper bill..also 1800 number if any,..u mobile billing default to paper bill(which sometimes you'll never received), you have to call CS to cancel paper billing and send bill to your email and start saving RM3 per month..alternatively you can chat with their official representative regarding cancelling paper bill, have to provide your account's detail and your email.

I wonders whats is the main or biggest down sides to convert from U70 Hero postpaid to the U78 Unlimited since is was just a rm8 different & having unlimited data?

If you wish to terminate a Plan, you can unsubscribe via UMB at *118*3*6# or by sending <OFF V20> for V20 and <OFF V30> for V30 to 28118. Any unused minutes will be forfeited.

I suggest using the above UMB option and choosing Stop Auto Renewal.

since the P78's speed is capped @ 5mbps, and most users convert from P70 to P78 experience worse network in terms of stability and speed, P78 is the plan we do not recommend ( no harm to try though )

Nowadays 5Mbps speed cannot lor..
Not with many of us gaming, download stuff or steaming... Not suitable for modern living

Only for 3g. And it will fully end at dec 2018. That means it still sharing
For 2g, it is still continue till year 2022.
